Wabi-Sabi
All round no flowers in bloom
Nor maple leaves in glare
A solitary fisherman's hut alone
On the twilght shore
Of the autumn eve

Nice
What a peaceful image this poem produces, I like it.
Hi Tony,
This is a beautiful poem. This is probably a silly quesiton, but what does Wabi-Sabi mean?
Thanks all, glad you liked it!
Great to hear from you again Lene'. Wabi-sabi is a Japaneses aesthetic derived from the tea ceremony. It is a beauty of things impermanent and incomplete, modest and humble, unconventional.
Very best regards,
Tony
Thanks for the explanation. Sending smiles, Lene
