Haragei

Haragei, every activity made perfect through the practice of Hara, is the essence of Fly-fishing.

Visualising a trout's lie, wading, timing, least effort and ease, speycasting from the waist rather than through the use of shoulders, allowing the fly rod to live - there are so many aspects of the art that bring together a sense of wholeness and harmony if practiced with Hara.
