Blae and Harelug

One of my favourite patterns, especially in Autumn. I prefer it to the Gold-ribbed Hare's Ear.

Tail: 2 strands from marled tail feather of a partridge.

Body: Dark hare's ear on yellow silk ribbed with fine gold wire.

Wings: Secondary wing feather of a starling.

Hackle: Pick out some hare fibres.
